Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

Free and website-quoted shipping applies only to the lower 48 states (U.S.).

Aegon Iron Works delivery options include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier used will depend on order size, weight, and transit times. We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be cost-prohibitive; please contact us for a quote. We are unable to ship to post office boxes. We also offer shipping to Canada; please contact us for a quote.

Tracking information will be updated as soon as we issue a shipping label. Please enter a valid email address during checkout. You can contact our Support Team for any shipping inquiries [Here]. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as taxes and duties on international shipments. AEGON IRON WORKS is not responsible for lost or damaged items; these issues need to be reported directly to the carrier, as we include insurance with all of our shipments. We are not responsible for delayed delivery times caused by the carrier, but we are happy to assist if needed. Please contact us immediately with any shipping issues. Order Completion:

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Our current lead times are between 5 to 25 days, depending on the products and stock levels.

Customer Responsibility:

As a customer, it is your responsibility to inspect the product for damage, missing components, or potential installation issues so that these can be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. If you anticipate that the installation process will take longer than 30 days, please take the time to inspect the product carefully upon receipt and inform us of any issues within our policy timeframe.

Warranty and Replacement Information:

AEGON IRON WORKS provides a warranty for our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Product hardware, accessories, latches, lights, etc., are not included under any part of our warranty.

All returns must have an RMA number issued by AEGON IRON WORKS, which must be approved by our support team. Any package returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will replace or repair it at our discretion. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product. All returns will be carefully checked and meticulously inspected. Any modifications made to the product will automatically void the warranty. If the product was damaged during poor installation, AEGON IRON WORKS is not responsible for such damages.

Powder coating has a warranty of 1 year from the order date. Any other finishes are not covered by warranty.

We do not cover shipping, insurance, import fees, or duties and taxes for the returned product. If, after inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at no cost, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. This warranty does not cover incidental loss or damage caused by the product.

Powder Coat Warranty:

Powder coating resistance can vary depending on usage and environment. We offer a one-year powder coat warranty for the original purchaser, subject to the terms mentioned in our warranty and replacement policy. You can contact our Support Team [Here].

Return Policy:

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the delivery date. All returns must be approved by AEGON IRON WORKS, and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Shipping is non-refundable. You will be charged for missing parts or hardware, so please ensure you return everything with your product or advise us of any missing components when sending the return to address the issue.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders canceled after this time are considered processed and may have already been received by our shipping department.

Refunds:

Refunds can take up to twenty business days. Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded to the original card used. Cash refunds will be given only for cash payments. Refunds for "Pay Over Time" purchases must be requested through the relevant provider.

Local and Pick-up Purchases:

All local and pick-up purchases are subject to the same policies outlined on this page. All orders are subject to, and not limited to, Orange County sales tax unless documentation is provided that advises otherwise. If the product is in stock, it is available for pick-up. Limitation of Liability:

If an Aegon Iron Work product fails to function as warranted, Aegon Iron Work’s maximum liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any products or components that malfunction under normal* use conditions. Except as expressly stated herein, Aegon Iron Work will not be liable for any damages resulting from the product or its failure to perform, including but not limited to lost profits or wages, business interruption, loss of use, or any other commercial or economic loss, nor for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Aegon Iron Work is not responsible for any claims made by third parties, or by you on behalf of a third party.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damages are sought under this limited warranty, as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other type of claim. No person may waive or amend this limitation. This limitation of liability remains effective even if you have informed Aegon Iron Work, or an authorized representative, of the possibility of such damages or if such damages were reasonably foreseeable.

This limited liability provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state, county, or country. It is recommended that you consult the applicable laws in your jurisdiction for a full understanding of your rights.
