The Beginning: From Workshop to Trail-Tested Legacy

AEGON Ironwork was founded by a small group of metal fabricators, welders, and outdoor enthusiasts who shared one frustration — too many roof racks looked good online but couldn’t survive real-world abuse. We saw rusted mounts, warped brackets, misaligned holes, and “universal fit” products that fit nothing.

We knew we could do better.

So we built our first racks not for mass production, but for ourselves — for people who take their rigs seriously. We tested them on Florida backroads, mountain passes, and desert trails. The results? Stronger welds, cleaner fits, and zero failures. Word spread, orders followed, and AEGON Ironwork was born.

Today, our workshop has evolved into a full-scale manufacturing hub equipped with CNC machinery, 5052 marine-grade aluminum stock, and a team of skilled fabricators who live and breathe metal. But our philosophy hasn’t changed: if it’s not good enough for our rigs, it’s not leaving our shop.
