🚚 Shipping Coverage & Rates

  • Service Area: We are pleased to offer delivery services throughout the entire United States.
  • Contiguous U.S. Shipping: Free and website-quoted shipping rates apply exclusively to the lower 48 states (Contiguous United States).
  • Non-Contiguous U.S. & Canada: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada may be cost-prohibitive. Please contact us for a customized shipping quote before placing your order.
  • International Shipments: Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs fees.

📦 Carrier & Logistics

  • Carrier Selection: We utilize reputable carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier selection depends on item size, weight, and necessary transit times.
  • Address Requirements: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a valid physical street address and a valid email address at checkout.

⚠️ Transfer of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Risk of Loss and Damage: AEGON IRON WORKS is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after the product has been transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Claims for Loss or Damage: We include insurance with all shipments. Issues regarding lost or damaged items must be reported directly to the delivery carrier by the customer to file an insurance claim. We're happy to assist with any claim information needed.

Delivery Timeframes: We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing, but we will assist where possible.
