AEGON IRON WORKS — Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

📦 Return Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All returns must be approved by AEGON IRON WORKS, and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • You will be charged for missing parts or hardware.
⚠️ Please ensure you return everything with your product, or advise us of any missing components when sending the return, to avoid additional charges.

⏱️ Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders canceled after this window are considered processed and may have already been received by our shipping department.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds can take up to twenty (20) business days to process.
  • Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded to the original card used.
  • Cash refunds will be given only for cash payments.
  • Refunds for "Pay Over Time" purchases must be requested through the relevant provider.
