🛡️ 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

AEGON IRON WORKS provides a warranty for our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Note: Product hardware, accessories, latches, lights, etc., are not included under any part of our warranty.

📋 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

• All returns must have an RMA number issued and approved by our support team.
• Any package returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
• Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
• All returns are carefully checked and meticulously inspected.

🎨 Powder Coat Warranty

Powder coating is covered by a 1-year warranty from the order date, for the original purchaser only. Powder coat resistance can vary depending on usage and environment.

Any other finishes are not covered by this warranty.

❌ What's Not Covered

• Shipping, insurance, import fees, duties, and taxes on returned products.
• Incidental loss or damage caused by the product.
• Damage resulting from poor or improper installation.

✅ If, after inspection, a product is found defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost with the same or a comparable product.
