At AEGON IRON WORKS, all of our products are made to order with quality and precision. Please allow 10–15 business days for processing before your order ships.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully craft and package your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

📍 Local & Pick-up Purchases

• All local and pick-up purchases are subject to the same policies outlined on this page.
• All orders are subject to, and not limited to, Orange County sales tax unless documentation is provided that advises otherwise.
• If the product is in stock, it is available for pick-up.
• Please contact our Support Team to schedule a pick-up appointment.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

If an AEGON IRON WORKS product fails to function as warranted, our maximum liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the cost of repair or replacement of any products or components that malfunction under normal use conditions.

Except as expressly stated, AEGON IRON WORKS will not be liable for any damages resulting from the product or its failure to perform — including but not limited to lost profits or wages, business interruption, loss of use, or any other commercial or economic loss — nor for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

AEGON IRON WORKS is not responsible for any claims made by third parties, or by you on behalf of a third party.
